The museum holds some material from the former Cumbria police museum at Carleton Hall.
Accessibility and disability arrangements / Covid requirements he ground floor of Penrith and Eden Museum is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies; there is a level access point to the building from Middlegate. The upper floor 'Ages of Eden' geology display can be seen from a ground floor computer kiosk. An illustrated and descriptive printed guide is also available. Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
