he ground floor of Penrith and Eden Museum is accessible for wheelchairs and buggies; there is a level access point to the building from Middlegate. The upper floor 'Ages of Eden' geology display can be seen from a ground floor computer kiosk. An illustrated and descriptive printed guide is also available. Registered assistance dogs are welcome.

A hearing induction loop is installed in the galleries.

We have large print guides for our galleries.

Seats are available in all of our galleries.

The Museum also has an extensive handling collection for use with group visits and outreach. Tactile resources are available as part of our handling sessions, or on prior request.
