Free admission for companions to visitors with disabilities. We offer free admission for companions accompanying visitors with disabilities. Our Customer Service Assistants are also trained in disability awareness so please ask a member of staff for any assistance you may need during your visit. Toilets, including accessible toilets can be found on the ground and first floors. The accessible toilet on the first floor is accessed through a security door, a member of staff will be nearby and will be happy to unlock the door for you. Baby change facilities are available on the ground floor. Wheelchair Access: All areas of the museum apart from the clock tower have step-free access. The first floor can be accessed via a lift from the ground floor. Due to fire regulations, only four visitors using wheelchairs are able to access the upstairs of the museum at any one time. Wheelchairs are available to borrow during your visit. Just ask at the front desk. Large print guides are for visiting SeaCity are available at the front desk. Audio induction loops is fitted at the front desk, the shop and the café.
