Our museum holds a small collection of objects and art relating to the police and prisons in Exeter, including the Exeter Javelin men, the Guildhall and the Custom House. Some items are available through our online collections database, and all stored items are accessible by appointment. RAMM’s collections are a source of inspiration, and in 2016 a police truncheon featured in the digital artwork ‘Outlier Detection’ by Rod Dickinson.
