The Derbyshire Police Memorabilia Collection was given to the Derbyshire County Council in 2004. It had previously been housed in the Police Museum at St. Mary's Gate in Derby but on the premises being sold a new home was required. It is now kept at the Buxton Museum and Art Gallery.
